Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti all look set to be missing once again for Everton, whereas Orel Mangala, Seamus Coleman and Dwight McNeil are long-term absentees.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has missed Liverpool’s last two games with a thigh problem and could once again be left out at Goodison Park, whereas youngster Tyler Morton is out for around a month.

The referee assigned to keep control of the final Merseyside derby at Godin Park is Michael Oliver. He will be assisted by Stuart Burt and James Mainwaring, whereas the fourth official is Tony Harrington. On VAR is Chris Kavanagh, with Eddie Smart the assistant VAR official.
Oliver, a well-known referee to both sides, has actually officiated Liverpool more than any other club and has given a total of 49 penalties in fixtures where Everton and Liverpool have been involved.
